miRoamer is primarily a database of services containing streaming URLs. miRoamer provides end users the ability to search for stations from all over the world, whilst allowing MiMedia to customize which units (or class or batch) will receive which services. This means that virtually any configuration is possible, from limiting content for child protection, to customizing services for hotel chains.

It is a free portal which allows customers to individually configure each and every miRoamer-enabled product to their specific requirements, or batch a collection of products with the same configuration. Mi Media Holdings Limited (“MiMedia”) was established in Melbourne - Australia to develop a technology which would enable any person anywhere in the world to access digital media from a consumer electronics product. Known as miRoamer, this proprietary development is the global market leader in the provision of streaming Internet radio services, and has been specifically designed to be easily embedded in a myriad of consumer products.
MiMedia has strong and established commercial relationships in place with many of the world’s most popular digital media content providers. The result: tens of thousands of streaming digital media content is available through www.MiRoamer.com, a purpose-built digital media portal.
The first product released with miRoamer was the InFusion portable Internet radio. Further products are planned for release in 2008 and beyond using miRoamer at their core.
MiMedia also plans to work closely with manufacturers and development companies to provide streaming digital media services as a standard feature in future devices. Our Corporate Headquarters are based in Melbourne – Australia. We have offices in California (Silicon Valley), New York, and Hong Kong. We plan to open a European office in 2009.
